水泥股邁入「好年冬」 政策帶動獲利成長 第三季淡季不淡

受惠於雨季結束，中國大陸水泥價格的漲勢再度崛起，國內法人指出，今年大陸水泥在第三季下旬就開始進入旺季，報價有逐漸止跌回升的趨勢，而雨季結束後，大陸的工程幾乎都將面臨趕工期，因此，第四季是水泥業的傳統全年最旺季，再加上美中貿易戰火持續延燒，大陸以增加國內基礎建設為由來帶動內需，此舉也可望一舉推升水泥成長動能，價格將有機會更進一步走揚。
法人坦言，若是按照往年的情況，第三季其實是水泥業的傳統淡季，需求量與第二季相比往往都會有下滑的現象，但由於今年中國大陸嚴格執行錯峰生產計畫，規定各水泥廠要有一定天數的歲修時間，造成過剩產能陸續遭到淘汰，市場供給就相對減少，連帶使得價格在淡季仍能維持較高水準。
加強基礎建設帶動需求
除此之外，大陸又發布政策要求加強各項國內基礎建設，直接帶動了水泥的需求量，因此，各水泥廠的營運動能就提前在八月轉強，造成今年第三季有明顯淡季不淡的效果。
而九月初，水泥類股股價雖又一度因中國國家發改委表示將針對建材價格走勢展開調研，引發限價疑慮而應聲大跌，但有國內法人認為，僅只是市場過度憂慮，實質上的影響並不如想像中嚴重，再加上預期十一長假之後，各水泥廠會再帶動一波漲價潮。因此，還反向於研究報告中調高台泥（1101）及亞泥（1102）的預期獲利，並雙雙給予「增加持股」的評等，同時上修兩者的目標價。
